I send a copy of my team newsletter to my CSA and I also include CSA in most of my stream messages as well. Some messages are inappropriate and they are not included but conversely, sometimes my communication is sent exclusively for the CSAs.
Certainly I lend support and help to CSA, especially when they have a sponsor that doesn't help them. However, you should always remember that a CSA is NOT a PSA.
I'm not usually willing to put a CSA into my team co-op because signups under them will never accrue to me. I'm also not eager to lend any money directly to a CSA. I recently had a CSA suddenly activate and demand that I give him a gift certificate so he could make his EA2 and include him in my coop.
