I think that you should try to understand their psychological profile. If they are introvert, they would't show the willingness to communicate with you, try to change their patterns, if you can. The daily routine (day-to- day VP gathering) is borring for many people, but it is not a rule.
If your lazy and unmotivated affiliates start to communicate one day, you'll probably have a chance to set your common goals.
Our common business is to communicate with the community, to be inclusive and to encourage others to be inclusive, too.
Try to explain to lazy affiliates that this business is for serious, curious and persistent people, as you are.

If they have something in common with you, you will start building a common team, as a part of SFI global community.
