Well when we call our affiliates lazy and unmotivated I get the sense that you have some frustration behind that statement.
If you send out team mails that sound like you are frustrated with them then that will be ineffective communication. I would suggest to write very positive and inspirational only team mailers on a weekly basis. Most people have joined because they wanted to get rich fast, just like most people who buy lottery tickets and then don't win so they just move on. With that type of mentality you are just hitting your head against the wall, don't worry about them just move forward with a positive attitude and that will be reflected in how your team will respond to you. When you do your advertising be very clear about what SFI is about and how work is required to be successful so that when they join your team they will know what to expect.
