Laziness and procrastination go hand in hand. It does not mean that if you are lazy you are dumb or there is something wrong with you-you just wait for things to get done instead of taking the initiative to do them yourself.
The only way I see these lazy affiliates to get motivated is to keep on reminding them that they too can become successful and have a business of their own. They need a constant reminder of this to get them out of their comfort zone. Sometimes they need encouragement and once you are leading a team, you know that as a leader, your work is cut out for you. You cannot give up on any type of affiliate, whether they are lazy or not.
The other aspect of unmotivated affiliates relates to your own performance and sharing this with them can be a good tactic to wake them up. Once they see that you are achieving a lot, that too on your own, they are bound to want to try and move forward on their own.
Unless it comes from the affiliates themselves, sometimes it can be quite a task to get them to be motivated but it is possible with your regular feedback, emails and keeping in touch always!
