But the best strategy is to get the New Member Pack, this gets you immediate benefits and fast tracks you right from the gate. This badge is also going to be an example to your new Team Members as you build a team because how can one recommend something that they have not done themselves.
I always inform my new PSA's of the NMP and let them know they have 10 days to think about it. I say they certainly don't have to spend this money but a lot of my PSA's wish they would have taken this great deal when it was available. I also let them know that I do not recommend anything that I have not done myself and my badges are proof to them that they need to trust this recommendation.
