My answer to this question is a big "NO" coz the meaning of team leader is defined as someone who has a group of people he is leading. though in sfi the higher your rank, the more u earn but anyone going for team leadership ought to understand the dynamics here, that leadership is only accurate when one can say i coached this successful affiliate but bearing the name a leader and not having any team you supervise isn't worth for.
