The sponsor is the person whose eyes are always on the team members and specially on the new comers & those who are in need of their help. Do not think that they are not watching you even if your sponsor not communicate with you. He/She is just waiting and monitoring your step. just ask for help when you need it.
Then also, its your duty to send your sponsor a commitment message and tell him/her that how much you are serious about SFI and you want to grow with SFI. And in the journey with SFI with starting up and in coming future you are in need of his/her help.
