I suggest that you contact your Sponsor or Co-sponsor via an email or E-cards first.
If no response send it on up the line as they are available to help you too.
Go to your home page and click on the black My Acct tab and My Upline for their information.
Tell them what your problems are and ask for any solutions or ideas to get you going in the right direction.
They will provide you with all the support you need because they will benefit from your progress in SFI and all you need to do is ask.
Most sponsors monitor what you are doing and will send you a team mail or E-card providing you with a congratulations for a good job advancing in SFI. They will also provide good information to you that you can use to achieve your next level because they have been there.
Remember don't try to change the system just duplicate what your sponsor has done.
As as Sponsor you also want your people to follow what you have done using the duplication process.
