Once an affiliate understands how SFI works and what it takes to build a team, have achieved the rank of Executive Affiliate, he now feels ready to move up and should go for the rank of Team Leader even without a team.
As a Team Leader, he should now begin to actively sponsor people, going for higher rank, start team building and being a leader by starting from the 2 CSAs he receive upon becoming EA2. He may also receive support from his sponsor through reassignments.
It may take time to find workers, so at this stage, the person should now start to invest in his business. Paid ads cost money, but if money is not a problem he can advertise, or buy a share from S-Builder co-op, or purchase some PSA packages from PSAs To Go, or from any good ECAs. Prospecting friends, relatives, work colleagues, and other acquaintances
would also help in quick team building, even if only one or two join up.
The Marketing Center is full of marketing/sponsoring tools and aids to help beginners to go out and meet and seek like-minded people to become PSAs and PRMs.
He can also participate in Pricebenders auction and bid for PSA/CSA Packages. PSAs can be earned while bidding, as well as earning the valuable VPs and MRPs. CSAs can be won at Daily Grand Drawing, from playing Eager Zebra games, etc.
So if the person is ready to become a Team Leader, lack of a team should not be a reason for not moving up.
