Building your personal team involves efforts and learning and only during these activities you can be sure to give a real support to your team affiliates.
From economic point of view it is not a good idea, you have to do 3000 VP to get BTL, and this action will not be payed to you until you have not a working team.
So it's better spend your credits and economic resources for building a strong working team and then you will be able to get next qualification.
We need at minimum of five new good workers like us in our downline and then we can think to get next level.
