Starting as affiliate and EA you have PSAs and CSAs under you as a sponsor and cosponsor. You have a team as appeared in genealogy. You are leader and a sponsor. Any of the team members active or not active is still a team and you are leading them.
Team Leader as BTL, STL, GTL, PTL are not permanent. They depend of your month achievement. They are subjected to change. You have a monthly Standing of 125 tcredits or any other Standing Order in addition to earn a minimum of 1500 vps which automatically qualify you as EA.
Using your 125 tcredits to earn MRPs and avps, you can easily make sales of more than 1500 svps and earn up to 500 to 600 avps.
If you won in tcredits in pricebenders, would not not participate more in auctions , games etc. to earn avps? Or you have won tcedits, MRPs, VPs in Daily Grand, Daily Crown, and T-time contests? All these may contribute to your monthly AVPs and you earn 1000 avps to be Bronze Team Leader?
You earn BTL purely on your own effort and ability to manage your VPs.with daily log-in.
I would encourage you to be BTL and experience the joy and your achievement and leading a good example of a progressive leader. By this example your downline may emulate your example.
