A very interesting question, Mr Waleed Alif. You must prepare yourself to become a Team Leader as a SFI Affiliate with or without a team. Once we achieve the EA (Executive Affiliate) rank, you have to find people as Affiliates under you.SFI, your Sponsor & up lines may provide a number of Affiliates to be placed under you when they see how active and hard working you are in your business. So you are already a Team Leader even though your title does not indicate it, so you must assume the post and send out the Introductory Letters by Team Mail to all your Affiliates. You can go to the Genealogy page to see all the names of the Affiliates,with ranks as PSAs or CSAs, their #ID No., the Versa Points that they have earned, dates that they joined,etc. You will then use this page to send out the Team Mail as you enter the first name of one PSA, the auto system takes over and automatically sends out to all those under you saving the trouble of sending the mails individually. Let's say that all the Affs are removed by SFI because of inactivity, now you are a Team Leader without a team to lead and that does not mean that you stop being a team Leader. You must still acknowledge yourself to be one and use this period as 'Training ground' to continue sending out Stream posts to a2a friends and practice your role as a Team Leader until you achieve the next level of becoming a a BTL (Bronze Team Leader). Once you join SFI, you become a Business Owner/Entrepreneur and must prepare yourself to be Team Leader because the SFI Business system operates on the MLM (Multi Level Method) which means that you find 4 or 5 people and train them to become EAs and they in turn find 4 or 5 to be become EAs.This is called The Duplication Method and you can only earn and grow your team if you stick to this system as SFI has taught you in the Launch Pad Lessons.
