Training and supporting of our PSAs is our primary responsibility as sponsors. Our support or training is not to be discontinued because of our PSAs are advancing faster than us in ranks.
Basically, an affiliate advance quickly in SFI if he has lots of time, lots of money to invest, is a marketing guru or is internet savvy. These predispose an affiliate for speedy progress through the ranks in SFI.
However, a good sponsor would have an edge in one area or the other over the PSA. For instance, he may not yet understand SFI system perfectly. Issues concerning follow up of his own PSAs, explanation of how the compensation works, the dynamics of pricebenders auctions, Eager Zebra games, SFI Support systems etc. As a Leader, you would be able to offer accurate and precise information about all these.
Furthermore, you need to continue to support him as a way of training him to do so for his own PSAs. Abandoning of PSAs is a major reason why many don't succeed in this business. Anybody can give up at any stage if the robust and friendly business community is not there.
Also, you should know that your advice, tips and encouragement can go a long way in advancing this promising affiliate to greater heights of achievement in SFI. Just a Thank You Card, Congrats card could be an impetus for greater enthusiasm in this business.
You should never abandon any of your PSAs no matter their ranks, achievements or commissions. A father is a father, irrespective of what the son has become, play that fatherly role.
