You’ll know when the time has come for you to move from EA to Team Leader when the following indicators start to happen:
. When you have sponsored about enough PSAs, about 20- 50, and able to identify, for example, about 3 promising workers among them.
. When these 3 members are regularly logging in and earning healthy VPs and aiming to move up as shown by their activities.
. You want to show leadership- lead the way now - by ensuring you yourself had set up a Standing Order with 1500 VP and set up a co-op for your team.
. By now you know and have learned enough about SFI and TC from your sponsor and the Forum and have learned enough leadership skills through sending weekly group messages and dealing with problems that come your way daily.
. By being visible to your team through participating actively at the Forum, and by submitting valuable answers to Ask SC to show your knowledge about SFI which your team can learn from and you now feel you're ready to move up.
. Do not wait until one of team members outrank you. Once your workers see that you have moved up to BTL, they will be inclined to follow your footsteps.
So time to upgrade and receive the benefits of a higher rank. If you're EA2, you get 10 TCredits and 2 CSAs; as BTL you get 12 TCredits and 1 share of Second-Home CSAs and VP Matching, as well as a nice and impressive BTL Badge. Upgrade even higher, and the benefits get better.
