Draft out an email to these team members. To do this, go to your Genealogy tab and click on the relevant team member. Scroll down to the Affiliate Manager and here is the spot where you can learn a little more about your Team Member.
By Checking the Activity tab in the Affiliate Manager, you will learn much more about your Team Member and thus will be able to offer your help in a specific area.
By checking your Team Members VP Ledger, you will be able to see where points have been earned and where they have not been attempted. You can then offer help in these areas.
Explain that this is not a get rich quick scheme but a long term business which needs to be attended to each day. Offer your help and offer it daily if necessary. Ask your team member whether they would like a daily email setting out what needs to be done on that day. Before sending this amount of mail, ask first and get permission.
