I jave the same problems with my new affilates.More of them are active first month.And then stop.The best way is to help them,to ask where are the problems.We must Tell them to read launchpod and all the good advice from forum.Then when they understand the basic they will be active to build they own team and then income can hrpe.Patience is key word.
