There will always be people like that. People who join SFI expecting megabucks and instant gratification. People who get carried away by the ease with which they made EA that they don't bother to scratch beneath the surface. In the second month, when is seems they have to buy a product to maintain EA2, the reality dawns and suddenly SFI isn't what they thought. I too fell in this category and wanted to quit.
What to do? You keep after them explaining to them how easy it really is. Tell them the benefits which of cos is more than financial incentives. Show them how far the company has gone in how long and how that may just prove it is worth it. Assist them in building a team. Don't quit on them. The message may eventually sink in.
