Each process requires time, how can they say SFI gives no results as they would expect if they do not give the time and trying to grow their business?

Are they have a logical answer to the questions? If they have a logical answer (according to them) on this question, personally I would stop to support them, because they would just throw away my valuable time, they are not workers,they just can talk,no actions.
But if they are thinking and consider your questions, then this is the time for you to give them a more understanding, and of course constantly support them until they reached what they expect from this business.
