I would tell them to go ahead and take their time looking for anything that even comes close to SFI.
Remind them that there is no need to cancel their account. If they do find something they like better then their account will automatically be deleted after one year of inactivity. When they don't find anything better, be sure to let them know that they can come back anytime and you will welcome them with open arms.
