The rank doesn't just make you feel better about yourself but it also instills more trust in your team. How can someone who isn't a team leader teach me how to do what they haven't been able to do? The added spring in your step will also become tell tale in how you promote your business. The fact you have done it and achieved some degree of success will change your level of confidence and make you a better seller of the opportunity.
You will also open more levels of downline so you can start thinking of a deeper business instead of just PSA.
Your first task may be to help that 1 strong PSA get at least one good PSA under them and get into profits each month so they never burn out and never leave SFI. After all you will get matching VP on those referrals you place in your PSA's downline and their downline as well 6 levels deep as a Bronze Team Leader.
Never hold yourself back, always take chances, and always work hard and you will make a great team leader.
