I have a really cool situation. My PSA (fakename) Vinny is the CSA of another one of my PSAs (fakename) Bob. So I am Vinny's sponsor and I am Bob's sponsor and Bob is Vinny's Co-Sponsor. Fun yet?
Anyway Bob is a Auction Master - I am not so good. Bob advances in rank through AVP acquired in the auctions. Bob is okay at recruiting, I am better at that. I help Bob in his recruiting Bob advises me in auctions.
Guess what? Vinny gets us both... Now Vinny is brand new we will see what strengths surface in him that can help others. But we all are valuing from each other.
