This is the question . As you know learning is a never ending process. Trying to Train or Support you Team teaches you new things every time.. So this is a two way traffic while training him/her you will learn new thing as well as he or she will be learning things that he/she don't know.. Moreover you are creating which we call a relationship with you PSAs. By doing so your approach with him will become easy and natural.
If i take example from myself, while trying to teach or coach my team i have been able to modify my way of coaching for different learners as well as i have been able to learn new things from them. So this should be a dynamic process.
