I would start a line of communication with them to find out what information you had given that helped them, in what way and how they applied it. You can then use this for your other team members. If they are willing to part with any additional information, I would take that on board too.
You can use this team member success as an example to inspire other team members to continue with their work. Can you imagine what it would be like if you could have even a 5% increase in team member activity?
I read often about people who wish they could have a sponsor reassignment. If I read that and it was one of my team, I would be embarrassed and feel inadequate.
I would take pride in their success, as you can probably attribute a portion of it to you!
