Try asking them what they had expected it to be. This will give you a clue how to approach them to explain exactly what SFI IS all about.
If they still are not wanting to stay with us, try to encourage them to concentrate on TripleClicks. Maybe they just are not cut out to be a team leader, or they don't have the time, money or knowledge (!!Really??!! With all the training for free, how could they NOT know??) to sponsor or advertise.
Stay in touch with them through team mails and stream, mayhaps they may change their mind. Keep mailing them until they opt out or are eliminated. Remember, though, to be patient and tolerant with them, continuing to encourage them.
