We are not here to force people to become active affiliates with SFI but with their knowledge of what is not working for them, this would be a great opportunity to investigate, talk with them about what is not working for him or her and possible offer your support to see if things can change.
SFI is a universal program but as with any program, people definitely need to be ready to be open to the program being a business which does require from them a minimum investment of their time. Some affiliates may be able to invest their time and a budget; no matter what he or she is able to invest - the minimum investment required on behalf of all affiliates is time.
Find out what it means to them "not what I expected". This may be a barrier that truly has a simple solution that can be determined with your assistance.
