I think the basic problem is that new affiliates do not realize that this is a real business like any other in the real world. I need to learn, to work, to gain experience ... strive towards its objectives and be creative in advertising.
Nobody nothing fell from the sky is not here! For all needed a lot of work, order and discipline .... but it seems most not used to self-organize and self set goals and especially to itself impose the pace of productivity!
No boss ..... there is nothing of the business! There's no one who's going to "push" in the business, because there is no interest and our affiliates become inert, and finally give up.
How cope with an attitude like that of individuals? My experience is that there is no solution, you can encourage them to TCredits. GC, but nothing worth ..... simply cease to appear and interrupt communications.
But in the big internet world there are people who understand, who want to work and who will succeed them .... need to find and cooperate with them and with others should not waste time and nerves!
Moving on .... the sky is the limit!
