Really, there is nothing you can do - except, tell them your own story if you have achieved something already and explain to them, that SFI is still in its infancy. I tell my downline that SFI today is where Amway was 50 years ago. Everyone used to say that it was dying or dead but lo and behold it is still going Gung Ho and creating a lot of millionaires all over the world.
You can only gently prod them and tell them the benefits of SFI...and let them know that you will support them in every way if they decide to stay on.
