Only Team Leaders have the opportunity to tap into the jewel of SFI’s Compensation Plan - the Matching VersaPoints. Only Team leaders can receive the 2nd Home CSAs shares. And Team Leaders enjoy more power, perks, and higher commissions than EAs.
Others will advise that because you cannot earn Matching VP if you don’t have EA2s in your team, you should wait until you have EA2s in your team before you move to the Team Leader rank. You might not have EA2s in your Gen 1, but how do you know that you don’t have EA2s down from Gen 2 to 12? If you are just an EA, you only see in your Genealogy your Gen 1 PSAs and CSAs. Only Team Leaders depending on their rank can see Gen 1 to 12 EA2s.
And also, you should walk your talk. How can you motivate your team members to upgrade to Team Leader status, if you yourself is not a Team Leader?
So my advice is the sooner you can become a Team Leader the faster you can propel your team to greater heights.
