The most efective way is to use your PSA,CSA and GENEAOLOGY group maler to comunicate with them,send them messages every day nott just once a week or try to find and contact them on social networks i mean Facebook,Twitter,Pinterest,Yahoo talk,Gmail,Skype,Linkedin etc or u can comunicate with them on the cell phone with instant messaging if u are using a android mobile device,hope this answer is helpfull.
