Tact and good manners matter. By choosing your words and how you express yourself to your downlines.
Using Simple words wherein you can be understood by your team members. Be clear about what you want to express. Check and ask yourself what my downline wants in this business?
By sending emails to your team members , you can create a receptive atmosphere and be appreciative when they reply.
Be responsible for what you say and how they act and replied. Because when you communicate well with your team, it helps eliminate misunderstanding and you have that sense of personal business intimacy.
By having an efficient communication with your downline , will also let you get work down quickly and professionally. Communication via training through SFI videos can be helpful.
