The first communication that I achieve with my members is a welcome message that I send to his/her e-mail address. The next step is communication via the Facebook Inbox where I offer him/her assistance and cooperation and provide a brief explanation about the job. Later, when there are more members (PSA and CSA), I communicata via group message of support to all members via the CSA and PSA Mailer.
