This is probably an event where you will need help from your upline and team members.
Get them on board with the idea. Talk to them and let them know what you are thinking of doing and gauge their support.
Prepare a draft program/set up of the seminar: - where its being held, duration, subject to be covered etc..
Prepare/Set budget - marketing, rental, catering etc..
Registration procedure and costs if any - cost sharing with team members if required
Promote the seminar
Invite your sponsor/upline to attend if possible
If your upline and team members are supportive invite some of them to speak on particular subjects. You don't want to be doing all the presentations.
One Very Important aspect to be addressed -
Where non members attend the seminar and they want to join SFI/TripleClicks there and then, you must work out in advance who the sponsor should be.
