I think it is less about what you are saying and more about the fact that you are reaching out to your affiliates. That you are taking a personal interest I believe will come across loud and clear. I do not think that eloquence or the ability to articulate well through words is the major concern but more the action of taking the time to make it personal to your team. A little personal touch can go a long way!
Because SFI is an international company we may experience a variety of languages in our downlines. Again, the personal touch is what is most important. I also think that keeping it simple so that translation is easier can go farther than sending long messages that are difficult to decipher or that lose their meaning in the translation. My thoughts are simple communication often with a tincture of the personal touch is the way to go. This is just my two cents worth though.
