They need to understand the fact that every VP counts especially from the BTL level upwards.
Explain to them the difference between Sales VP and Action VP and that if they want to progress up the ranks past EA, they need Action VP.
At EA level one can easily achieve the rank by having a Standing Order of 1500VPs or by purchasing items from TripleClicks to a total of at least 1500VPs. These are all sales VP.
The Daily ‘Action VPs’ you are referring to are Action VPs. Action VPs are hard to come by and many Team Leaders struggle to get these in order to qualify for their ranks. These are however readily available to them at the ‘to-do-list’ tab day after day and they should take advantage of these daily gifts.
Further to this, even if they have achieved their desired rank and don’t need the Action VPs, it would be very wise to continue to grab these Daily action VPs. The reason for this is, if you qualify to participate in the TripleClicks Executive Pool and if you qualify for Matching VPs, every VP you can collect will help you. The more VPs you have the more Matching VPs and/or the more shares of the Executive Pool you receive. Remember each VP equals 1 share of the Executive Pool. The more VPs you have therefore, the more money you get.
These are the main points for grabbing those daily action VPs. Explain these to your affiliates and ones they understand, they will religiously collect those every day.
