If you are not sure how to explain something, ask them what do they think is the solution and together you can discuss the subject and find the best answer.
We do not always know everything. You can guide them and explain where they can find the information they need. Send them videos which best represent the answer to their question. In that way, you teach them to be resourceful.
Make a blog where, instead of texting you affiliates directly, you can write down your answers. Send them your blog address explaining that, in the future, there will be all the information they need. Update your blog with every new question they have and you can become a good supporting sponsor.
