I think the best way to attract new TC members is to place text ads, each promoting one specific product or EZ game, in markets catering to that type of product/game.
If you place an ad promoting an e-book, health and beauty product, necklace, EZ game, or whatever, you are encouraging them to buy that item, or play that game, which of course they can only do if they become a TC member. Once they sign up free so they can buy the product or play the game you are promoting, they may also browse TC to find other products they want, or other games that catch their eye. Even if they don't, you still get the direct commission on the product they bought.
Another great way is to use the Gift Cards. People like getting something for nothing, and once they have signed up and used their 6 free TCredits, there is a good chance they will want to play another game, or bid in another auction, which means they have to buy more TCredits, and you make the commissions.
Every little helps.
