Find a place to meet that is convenient to the most people, not to you. Set a date, an agenda, secure the meeting room, and then personally invite those who live in that area. Many people will not drive more than about 50 miles for this type of meeting. Offer to pick up those who live nearest to you.
Announce the agenda, and that you will devote time for other questions. Select topics that are of interest to several levels of participants and teach to those who come.
Also have some door prizes that you put together using the various x-Cards, brochures, etc.
At the beginning have them register. and at the end have a questionnaire asking what they gained from the training, was it worth the trip? What do they want covered the next time? Get them involved in the training. Make them feel like the training was for them. It is.
