My first suggestion would be to do some videos. Just talk to the video like you're talking to a friend. Let your enthusiasm show through.
You can talk about different aspects of SFI, areas that you feel are important, address some concerns you think your team has, and at the end, ask them to respond and ask questions.
Let them know you'll answer their questions in the next video.
Once your video is done, upload it to YouTube and add a link to your blog or SFI landing page in the video description.
Then send PSA and CSA team mail with a link to your YouTube video.
You can also have your video transcribed and use it on your Leadership page blog.
Doing videos may take some practice. I know it did for me! But you can do it! It's a more personal way of interacting with your team.
