First off, I can almost guarantee you that most of us didn't have very good communication skills when we joined SFI.
The great thing about SFI is that it doesn't matter. This is an on-line company. You start out by advertising on the web, joining SFI's Co-op program, purchasing PSA's To Go, and bidding on auctions. While you are doing this, you read, read read. While you are reading you learn all you can about your business and how it operates. The more you learn, the more confidence you have.
Since you are already growing, because of the methods of gaining PSA's you have used while learning, you are able to write your own welcome letters and weekly letters. As you are sharing your knowledge, your confidence begins to grow even more. Soon, you find that it is not hard to talk to people when they ask what you are doing? At this point, you also find out that you can approach people and give out your cards.
The key to communication is having knowledge about the subject you wish to communicate.
