So they naturally empathize with your situation. Even if Spanish was the native tongue of the affiliate but you speak arabic, anyone can use translation tools. They are not perfect but close enough to build goodwill and trust. The simple fact that you cared enough to answer in the native tongue speaks volumes.
So the key to being a good sponsor is doing all of the things taught in the the TL & support section (Gold) of your ToDo List. Be accessible and available to share what you can as quick as you can. The rest will require a little initiative on your part to go the extra mile of the way to help your PSAs even if it means reassigning them to someone that is active you speaks their native tongue. Try to pair them with an A2A friend or refer them to the correct section of the forum where they can find help from their peers.
Finally, if you know that your communication skills need brushing up then brush up on them. Take a self development course to improve your communication skills. Practice writing to your team and practice doing it practically. Surely with practice over time, your communications skills will improve and you become an awesome sponsor.
