My affiliates are those new PSAs, cosponsored affiliates and new prospects in SFI business. They may be from far and near. However, those within the city are semi -urban areas are considered near within the radius of 50 miles. While beyond this distance, I consider as rural where traveling time take more than an hour. With the 50 mile radius(city zone), I can call for a group training in a designated place.
Before organizing local training, identify the venue which is accessible by all. The venue must be located within the city area with enough facilities such as adequate parking spaces, available eating outlets, conducive learning environment and comfortable.
Give prior notice of the training schedule and the subject matter.
Invite experienced speaker(s) and well versed in SFI business
Provide incentives such as free lunch, free transport or free accommodation or cash allowance for meal, transport and accommodation.
Ready for any surprises such as door gifts or rewards for high achievers.
