How can I become a good supporting Sponsor when my communication skills are not good?
I feel communicating with all our SFI Team providing them with all the information that they need for getting started.
Always giving them the opportunity to send a email with their questions.
If they do not respond will provide them with basic information for Getting Started with our 3 Step Method.
Keeping it Simple Easy their understand. Letting them know it is quick be direct on all examples.
Providing them with our Compensation Plan and Benefits. Assisting them with as much knowledge for their understanding. Trying to keep it as brief as possible.
