The TripleClicks Executive Pool provides the power behind duplication because it monetizes your entire PSA downline as a Team Leader. For example,. as a Bronze Team Leader, I collect shares not only for my own PSAs, but all active Executive Affiliates (or higher) within my network up to six levels down. For example, suppose you've built a network six generations deep, each affiliate having five duplicating your actions and becoming Bronze Team Leaders (I'm assuming rounder numbers than would actually be present.):
You're a Bronze Team Leader--that's 3000 VP.
You have 5 BTLs beneath you for 15000VP.
This results in (5 x 5) BTLs beneath them for 75000VP,
(5 x 5 x 5) BTLS beneath them for 375000VP
(5 x 5 x 5 x 5) beneath them at 4 levels down, for 1875000VP
(5 x 5 x 5 x 5 x 5) at 5 levels down, for 9375000VP
and finally, (5 x 5 x 5 x 5 x 5 x 5) at 6 levels, for 46875000VP.
This comes to a total of 58593000VP as your shares of the Executive Pool. If you got your Fast Track status, that's a BONUS 10%, but let's consider the base, since not everyone out there earned Fast Track status. The actual share amount varies, but based on the numbers I'm currently seeing, it's roughly $.000385 per share, which comes to $22,508.31 from the Executive Pool, MONTHLY. (That's not even counting all the VP you earn from all the CSAs you get from being a Bronze Team Leader!)
Now admittedly, I'm not there yet on managing that level of duplication, but it's a pretty good goal, and I find it pretty easy to maintain my own BTL status. Of course, by that time, I'll be earning even more VP, just based on sponsoring my own Team Leaders, so the actual amounts will be EVEN HIGHER. I think I can be happy about that.
