I can think of Four possible reasons why you said that your communication skills is not good. I want to suggest how you can still be a good supporting sponsor under each circumstances
1. You may be lacking in knowledge - In other words, you do not know what to say. The best solution for that is to read and study more the contents of SFI and TripleClicks websites.
2. Language barrier - You may have knowledge but you can not express it in English - The solution for this is you use online translator like google. If you receive question in english, translate in your language, then answer it in your own language and translate it to english before sending it to your affiliates.
3. Thought organization - you may have 1 and 2 but you can not just organize your thought, you do not know how to say it in a cohesive and organize manner. I suggest that you make a bulleted outline of what you want to say. Think of keywords or phrase first and arrange them in bulleted form, then write 2 or 3 sentences describing your keywords. Like what I am doing now as I answer you question.
4. Grammar, right use of words, and sentence construction - Use short and simple sentences. Use dictionary to know the meaning of the words that you want to use. A translation dictionary is very helpful.
Lastly before you attempt to answer, be sure that you understand what is being asked by your affiliates.
