I would tell them that the TO DO list is a tool for helping them form the good habits necessary to operate any successful business. It is sort of like leading them through the actions of "opening the doors" so to speak each day.
(1) ALERTS TAB-unlocking the doors and reading important information from government authorities
(2) TO DO TAB- shut off alarm system so you and others can enter and move around freely within the store
(3)TIPS TAB- important notices from "Head Office" about new products or ideas learned by other stores
(4)STREAM TAB-posting new bulletins on the bulletin board for associates in the store to read and understand
(5)TC, ECA,EZ & PB TABS-notices to & from dept. heads and other associates concerning in-store operations and projects
(6)SCOREBOARD TAB- results of the previous day's, week's,& month's sales, etc.
(7)MOVERS- memos from dept. heads concerning outstanding associates activities
(8)GROWTH TAB-results and comparisons of other stores world-wide
(9)Goals TAB- reminders to OUR OWN MANAGEMENT of exactly what we want to accomplish
(10)ASK SC Tab- sort of like an inter-office communications board where Top Management of THIS store can gather important information from all associates and dept. heads.
(11)FORUM TAB- A place where everyone can learn from AND help teach other associates (affiliates) and ECA stores things gathere from our and their experiences.
(12) WIN IT TAB- finally an open invitation to everyone associated with this store to share in company (world wide) daily "bonuses".
As you (the new affiliate can see) every tab is of vital importance to the success of their business and ignoring or not paying attention to any one of them can have dire consequences so it is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT they use ALL OF THEM to advance or maintain their rank and gain VITAL knowledge.
