First design a sales generating funnel to share with your team.

Ask your sponsor where he promotes SFI.
OR goggle best sites for promoting.
Select three sites to begin with. Only go to promote once you have finished at SFI for the day.
Do not go spreading your wings to far.
Concentrate first with SFI, then start to build your sales funnel for promoting solely SFI.
Do not leap in joining every site. Take your time to study participate and learn.
Then start joining one or two new sites weekly.
No need to advertise these sites as your team will follow you into these programs, following your lead.
A lot of the sites I am with I am upgraded at. So I receive random members.
My purpose with upgrading is I earn credits from members participating.
Once a week I log into these sites.
Sending welcome posts to all my new random members introducing them to SFI.
