A 1VP action is not a waste of time if the action when completed has been of benefit to the affiliate.
The affiliate can be reminded that:
1-It takes one VersaPoint to lose your TL status, meaning it takes only one to lose your commission and bonuses.
2-If you are short of one at the end of the month and there is no way to acquire it that one will break you.
3-It only takes one VP to lose your daily streak badge.
4-An unforeseen circumstance tomorrow may prevent us from getting to work tomorrow so every VersaPoint today is of value.
If the affiliate; however, is one who has attained Team Leader status early in the month, a 1 VP action may not matter so much. it may seem a waste of time, if that time that can be spent doing other things like coaching, working with the workers or communicating with a PSA who needs help.
