Hello Helen, words are like eggs. If you drop an egg accidentally on the floor, you can never get back a wholesome egg. The way you present your first communication to your incoming PSAs will determine if they will stay on in the business. Any of your prospects not well attended to, may never be an affiliate in SFI. So selective and well-constructed words are what you need in your first interaction with your PSAs. Also, you should avoid words like, get rich quickly e.g make thousands of dollars in two weeks etc. I will advice you talk more on the benefits your prospect gets when they join SFI. Example is the NMP package.
