Frankly speaking there is no Yard Stick laid down in SFI for rating your sponsor. It all depends upon you. You may rate him 0-3 if he never contacted you. Never answered your queries. Never guided you. You think your failure is due to your sponsor.
If you think you need no guidance/support from your sponsor. You can learn from the training tools of SFI. Forum is there to help you all the way, then there is no reason to depend upon your sponsor. You can always rate him 4-5. As far as you are concerned you get your 10 VP for whatever rating you give your sponsor.
