I have the same problem. Especially when it comes to Ask SC and Survey Response. They find that it is a waste of time and do not do these tasks.
I'm trying to explain to them the importance of daily tasks by telling them that it is a minimum of 360 VP per month which are very important at the end of the month when you have to reach, or confirm the status.
Also, maybe even better explanation is that the SFI account is is the same as their offline business where they come every day and have an obligation to do some tasks, no matter how insignificant they seem to be.
In any case, those who take this job seriously, they will not have a problem to spend 15 minutes a day to do the all tasks.
